Some items in our store are available for pre-order. Pre-order items are clearly labeled on the product page along with the expected release and ship date.
Pre-order items will be processed and shipped within 14 business days after the pre-order release date. By completing a pre-order purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this extended shipping timeline.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. You will be notified with separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier's website after you receive your shipping confirmation.
